How we ship
All orders are sent via USPS, FedEx, UPS or DHL to the address you enter at checkout. Every order ships tracked and insured, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Shipping & handling time
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time
Your order goes through two stages, and the estimates below cover both.
Stage 1: Handling time. This is the time we need to prepare, quality-check and pack your order before it's handed to the carrier. Handling takes 6-8 business days in regular seasons, and may take longer during holiday periods.
Stage 2: Shipping time. This is the time the carrier needs to deliver your package once it has left our facility.
We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Pacific Time (UTC-8). We do not process orders on holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during peak holiday periods, and carrier delays are outside our control. If your order is running significantly past these estimates, email us and we'll chase it down for you.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Some carriers take 5–7 business days to start showing scan updates, so an empty tracking page in the first week is normal.
If you haven't received a tracking number within 10 business days of ordering, email support@gearwanta.com and we'll look into it.
Multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages and on different days. Each package gets its own tracking number.
Customs, duties and VAT
International orders ship DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We don't collect VAT or duties at checkout.
Depending on your country, your package may be charged local customs fees or VAT on arrival. These charges are set by your government, not by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Check with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect.

Return window
You have 35 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. The window is counted from the delivery date, not the order date.
If something's wrong with your order
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we make it right at no cost to you. Email us photos of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund. In most cases you won't need to ship anything back.
If you change your mind or ordered the wrong size
You can return your order within 35 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer and deducted from your refund. There is no restocking fee.
The item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging
- With all labels and protective stickers intact
- Returned together with proof of purchase
Returns must be authorized first
Email us before sending anything back. Once your return is authorized, we'll send you the return address and instructions. Items shipped back without authorization can't be processed or refunded.
What we can't accept
- Requests made more than 35 days after delivery
- Items that have been worn outdoors or show signs of use
- Items returned without their original packaging
- Items sent back without return authorization
How to start a return
- Email support@gearwanta.com with your order number. If the item is faulty, include photos of the issue and of the shipping label.
- We reply within 48 hours. If your return is approved, we'll send you the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm and let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
If a replacement is being sent instead, please allow 2–3 weeks for it to arrive at no charge.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. Email support@gearwanta.com with your order number and we'll confirm once it's done.
After 2 hours your order is released to our fulfillment team and can no longer be cancelled or modified. If you need to change the size or address, email us right away - the sooner you reach us, the more likely we can help.
Sizing
Sneaker sizing varies by model. Check our size guide before ordering, measuring your foot takes a minute and saves a return.
